Bobby goes…Mexican?

Well, I've wanted to open a Taco joint for a long time, and I finally just said to myself, "What the hell?" and completely changed the menu of my place from American comfort food to 100% Mexican.

It took about a month of menu planning, but from the time I told my employees to the time we turned the whole ship around, it was only one week!

So far, the response to the food has been great: everyone loves it! (which is awesome!)

It was a huge leap of faith, and there's no way of knowing whether or not it will be successful, but in my new mode of "just do something," I figured a drastic change would at least be fun, and at best be profitable!

So if you're in Los Angeles, please swing by, grab a few tacos and a beer or two, and say hello!
